An Instructional Robot System for Experimentation in
Machine Learning and Remote Communication.
During June – August 2015 the Center hosted two undergraduate students from MIT, majoring in mechanical engineering, Anjali Krishnamachar and Sherri Green.
In the project the students constructed and programmed humanoid robots that experientially learn to adapt their posture while lifting weights. The robots make trials with different weights and learn from their successes and failures.
